CRL Low Profile Door Rail measures just 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and features the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails include end caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches for quick, ready-to-install use.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure glass attachment plus industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door in less than ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated with end caps installed; installers only need to attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled adjustable door alignment slide.

The adjustable slide allows ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb without removing the door. Adjustment is accessed by removing the end cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt secures the slide, and the two outer bolts adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile slide and slotted pivot grooves allow fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings and non-standard setback positions.

Other differentiators: models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10–19 mm) glass; a rigid single-component housing that resists shift and loss of adjustment; no internal component removal required prior to installation; and durable glass securing pads designed for longevity in extreme environments.

NOTE: All Wedge-Lock® Door Rails include a built-in jamb alignment block. Arms and pivots must be ordered separately to meet job requirements.
