Our CRL Low Profile Door Rail (SKU: DR2SSB38CL) measures only 2-5/16" (59 mm) tall by 1-1/2" (38 mm) wide and integrates the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Rails ship ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system secures monolithic tempered glass and delivers industry-leading installation speed—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated; after mounting, installers simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the preassembled, adjustable door alignment slide. The adjustable alignment system provides ±1/8" (3 mm) adjustment toward or away from the jamb on both top and bottom rails without removing the door.

To access adjustments after installation, remove the End Cap to reveal three socket head cap bolts: the center bolt locks the slide; the two outer bolts adjust the slide ±1/8" (3 mm). The low-profile slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback (2-3/4" / 69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.
