CRL Low Profile Door Rail combines a slim 2-5/16" (59 mm) height with the patented Wedge-Lock® Glass Securing System (U.S. Patents 6,434,905 and 6,912,818 B2; Canadian Patent 2,419,706; European Patent EP 1 404 939 B1). Each rail ships ready-to-install with End Caps, installation instructions, and adjustment wrenches.

The Wedge-Lock® system delivers a secure attachment and the fastest install time among door rails—experienced installers can prepare a door in under ten minutes. Rails arrive fully fabricated; simply attach the door arm or pivot (not included) to the adjustable door alignment slide already assembled in the rail.

The built-in Adjustable Door Alignment System lets you shift the door ±1/8" (3 mm) toward or away from the jamb without removing the door (standard on top and bottom rails). To adjust after installation, remove the End Cap to access three socket head cap bolts—the center secures the slide; the outer two adjust the slide in or out. The low-profile adjustable slide accommodates pivots with slotted grooves and can be fabricated for vertically out-of-square openings.
