Our innovative glass entrance solution, the CRL Wedge-Lock® Door Rail System (SKU: DR4SSB58CL) features the exclusive CRL Wedge-Lock® Securing System. This patented, single-component housing secures glass using two aluminum retaining extrusions and a flat stainless steel bar that applies downward wedge pressure—creating tremendous clamping force (more than 900 lbs. in the 9" / 228.6 mm corner rail). This design delivers a rigid, long-lasting attachment for frameless and semi-frameless glass doors used in commercial storefronts and interior glass entrance applications.

Specifications & notes
Actual Product Height: 4-1/16” (103 mm). Models accept 3/8" to 3/4" (10 to 19 mm) glass. The low-profile adjustable slide enables pivot placement other than the American Standard setback of 2-3/4" (69.8 mm), allowing fabrication for vertically out-of-square openings.

Ordering & compatibility

• Comes with standard Kwik-Adjust™ Pivot Alignment System; closer arms and floor or overhead pivots must be ordered separately.
• Models with locks ship with the lock mechanism installed; keyed cylinders or thumbturns ordered separately.
• End Caps included in stock lengths; specify full door rail length (including End Caps) when ordering custom rails.
• All rails feature the built-in Jamb Alignment Block; arms and pivots are not included and must be ordered to meet job requirements.
