CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E537SB) are engineered for wider, heavier shower doors where standard hinges fall short. Two internal steel pins offer mounting flexibility: keep both pins for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove them for greater adjustability and fit rectangular, square-cornered CRL or competitive cut-outs.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge includes a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard units ship with the 90° side active; Pre-Set models ship with the 85° side engaged for a 5° tighter closure into the shower. Rotate (don’t flip) the pin to change the angle.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available up to 45° to accommodate off-angle installations when walls or jambs are not plumb.

Load Capacity:

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" glass: supports up to 140 lbs (63 kg), max door width 36" (914 mm)
