Overview
- Matches width of door and sidelite rails and accepts roll-in gasket, top pivot block, and flush snap-in insert
- Offered in stock lengths, fabricated headers, or headers with side pockets for "lift and drop" panel glazing
- Optional sidelite rail adapter creates a continuous sight line when used with the narrow header
CRL Wide U-Channel and Narrow Header (SKU: NH2SBCL) is designed for commercial glass doors and sidelites where a consistent sight line and simplified installation are required. Use as:
- a wide U-channel matched to our Sidelite and Door Rails for glass retention,
- a narrow header that accepts a top free‑swinging pivot to secure door tops, or
- an even sight line system by fastening the fabricated narrow header to the opening and attaching the sidelite rail with a 1/4" (6.4 mm) header saddle.
