CRL Tube Style Standoffs (SKU: TS1SC) pair a compact, easy-install design with a welded stud and included washers for secure mounting. Available in chrome and satin chrome, these tube standoffs are supplied complete with a 1" (25.4 mm) long base, threaded insert, and cap assembly. Ideal long-tail use cases: exhibit building standoffs, decorative acrylic panel standoffs, signage standoffs, and lightweight glass display standoffs. Designed primarily for vertical panel installations, they also work for horizontal applications such as elevating a glass tabletop or desk surface.
Required panel fabrication: 5/8" (16 mm) diameter standoffs require 9/32" (7 mm) holes; 1" (25.4 mm) diameter standoffs require 7/16" (11 mm) holes. Maximum recommended panel thickness is 3/8" (10 mm).
Quick installation: attach the threaded insert to the substrate using Cat. No. 8X2FHPSMS screw, screw on the standoff base, insert the cap assembly through the panel, and secure.
