Available in chrome or satin chrome finishes, CRL's Tube Style Standoffs (SKU: TS58SC) are a distinctive solution for mounting lightweight panels. The 5/8" (16 mm) and 1" (25.4 mm) diameter standoffs include a 1" (25.4 mm) long Base, Threaded Insert, and Cap with welded stud, plus clear washers and a vinyl sleeve. Ideal for exhibit building, decorative acrylic panels, signage, and lightweight glass displays, these tube standoffs work for vertical panels and horizontal uses such as elevating a glass tabletop or desk surface. Use them when you need sleek, elevated mounting for acrylic, signage, or glass panels.


Required panel fabrication: 5/8" (16 mm) standoffs require 9/32" (7 mm) holes; 1" (25.4 mm) standoffs require 7/16" (11 mm) holes. Maximum recommended panel thickness is 3/8" (10 mm).

Installation is quick and easy: attach the Threaded Insert to the substrate using Cat. No. 8X2FHPSMS screw, screw on the Standoff Base, pass the Cap Assembly through the panel, and secure.
