CRL Cologne Hinges are a solid-brass shower door hinge option similar to Vienna Hinges but with radius corners and beveled edges for a sleeker appearance. Designed for wider, heavier shower doors, Cologne Hinges include two internal steel pins that provide mounting template flexibility: leave the pins in for compatibility with CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs (safer for rounded corners), or remove them for increased adjustability and fit with rectangular, square-cornered cut-outs — sometimes including competitive templates. STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90º on one side and 85º on the other. Standard models ship with the 90º side active; Pre-Set models ship with 85º for a 5º tighter closure into the shower interior. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to change the setting.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins (up to 45º) are available to accommodate off-angle installations where walls or door alignments are not 90º.

Load Capacity:

• Two hinges on 3/8"–1/2" glass hold up to 110 lbs (50 kg) — max door width 36" (914 mm).
• Three hinges on 3/8"–1/2" glass hold up to 140 lbs (63 kg) — max door width 36" (914 mm).
