CRL Vienna Hinges (SKU: V1E180SN) are heavy-duty glass shower door hinges engineered for wider, heavier frameless shower doors that standard hinges can’t support. Two internal steel locating pins provide mounting flexibility: leave pins in for CRL "mouse-ears" cut-outs, or remove pins to fit CRL rectangular/square-cornered cut-outs and, in some cases, compatible competitive cut-outs. These 180-degree glass-to-glass hinges are ideal for glass shower doors requiring robust support and reliable alignment.

STANDARD REVERSIBLE PIVOT PIN: Each Vienna Hinge contains a reversible pivot pin marked 90° on one side and 85° on the other. Standard models ship with the 90° side active. Rotate the pin (do not flip) to activate the 85° side for a 5° tighter closure into the shower interior. Pre-set models arrive factory-set to 85°.

CUSTOM PIVOT PIN: Custom pivot pins are available for off-angle installations (specify required angle up to 45°) when the standard 5° adjustment does not achieve the desired door closing position.

• Using two hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 110 lbs (50 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
• Using three hinges with 3/8"–1/2" (10–12 mm) glass: holds up to 140 lbs (63 kg); maximum door width 36" (914 mm)
