is non-handed and requires mortise installation. The latch has a molded plastic housing with stamped steel hook and actuator lever. Latch is installed into a mortised slot in the edge of the door. It is used by several patio door manufacturers. One plastic latch housing with steel hook, latch lever, strike and installation screws per package.
