CRL Sikaflex® 220+ (SKU: S1KA22010) is a fast-curing, polyurethane-based windshield adhesive designed for bonding automotive glass. The chemical reaction begins as soon as the adhesive is extruded or the cartridge is opened, curing to a durable elastomer with outstanding workability, stability, and thixotropy. Its rapid cure rate delivers shorter service times and faster return-to-service compared with slower-setting urethanes.

Surface preparation: Apply Sika® Aktivator PRO 60D960 very sparingly to the ceramic coating around the glass edge. If the glass has no ceramic coating, use Sika-Primer® S1KA206GP. For bonding to EPDM/PVC moldings, apply Sika-Primer® S1KA21530.

Product Warning:
Do not use this urethane with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Store below 75°F (24°C). If mechanically warmed above 95°F (35°C) for cold-weather installation, use the warmed material the same day.

NOTE: SIKA cartridge cases (10 cartridges) include only 7 nozzles—this reflects typical industry usage (~1.5 cartridges per application). If extra nozzles are needed, order catalog number PP1N0Z (pack quantity: 6) separately.
