CRL Sikaflex® 220+
is a fast curing polyurethane based adhesive for bonding windshields. The chemical reaction starts as soon as the adhesive is extruded or the cartridge is opened. Cures to form a high-grade elastomer. S1KA220+ possesses outstanding working characteristics, excellent stability and thixotropy. Its fast rate of cure results in rapid strength development and shorter service times.

Product Warning
This Urethane should not be used with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Do not store at temperatures in excess of 75°F (24°C). If urethane is mechanically warmed in excess of 95°F (35°C) for a cold weather installation, then it must be used the same day.
NOTE
Please be aware that SIKA products do not come with a 1:1 ratio of nozzles. Each case of 10 cartridges includes ONLY 7 nozzles. This is consistent with industry standards, where the average usage is approximately 1.5 cartridges per application.
If additional nozzles are required, reference under catalog number PP1N0Z (pack quantity: 6) to purchase separately.
