CRL SikaTack®-Ultrafast II Urethane is a formula that provides faster curing with higher initial strength than the original Ultrafast Urethane. CRL SikaTack®-Ultrafast II Urethane will meet FMVSS 212/216 strength requirements in as little as 30 minutes, depending upon temperature and humidity. SikaTack®-Ultrafast II utilizes a dual curing system. The material is pre-cured by heat which gives it the unique high initial strength and unsurpassed non-sag properties. Final cure is through ambient moisture. Tensile Strength: 800 to 900 psi.
Apply Sika-Aktivator 60D960 very sparingly to the ceramic coating around the edge of the glass, if the glass is supplied without a ceramic coating, apply Sika-Primer CRL Cat no. 481028. For bonding to EDPM/PVC moldings use Sika-Primer S1KA21530. 110 VAC SOV110 and 12 VDC SikaTack® Ovens SOV12 are the recommended preheating ovens for this product
NOTE: Once case of the SikaTack® Ultrafast-II holds 10 each 10.1 fl. oz (300 ml) cartridges with 7 nozzles per case. Case also includes a kit combo consisting of 7 Sika Aktivator PRO Pads and 7 Sika Primer AGR Stix.
Product Warning:Once opened, cartridges should be used same day. This Urethane should not be used with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Do not store at temperatures more than 75°F (24°C).
NOTE:Please be aware that SIKA products do not come with a 1:1 ratio of nozzles. Each case of 10 cartridges includes ONLY 7 nozzles. This is consistent with industry standards, where the average usage is approximately 1.5 cartridges per application.
