CRL SikaTack®-Ultrafast II Urethane (SKU: 26924P10) is a fast-curing automotive windshield urethane adhesive designed for rapid initial strength in windshield and automotive glass bonding. Compared to the original Ultrafast formula, Ultrafast II cures faster and delivers higher early tensile strength (800–900 psi). The dual-cure system is pre-cured by heat—providing exceptional non‑sag and high initial grab—while final cure completes with ambient moisture. Ideal for professional windshield replacement where meeting FMVSS 212/216 quickly is required.

Surface preparation & primers: Apply Sika-Aktivator 60D960 very sparingly to ceramic frit around the glass edge. If glass is supplied without ceramic coating, use Sika-Primer CRL Cat. no. 481028. For bonding to EPDM/PVC moldings use Sika-Primer S1KA21530.

Preheating ovens: Recommended preheating ovens: 110 VAC SOV110 or 12 VDC SOV12 SikaTack® ovens for optimal pre‑cure performance.

Packaging: Each case contains 10 cartridges (10.1 fl. oz / 300 ml) and includes 7 nozzles plus a kit combo of 7 Sika Aktivator PRO Pads and 7 Sika Primer AGR Stix. Note: case includes only 7 nozzles (industry standard; average usage ≈1.5 cartridges per application).

Accessories: If additional nozzles are required, purchase catalog number PP1N0Z (pack qty: 6) separately.

Product warning: Once opened, cartridges should be used the same day. Do not mix with primers or glass conditioners from other urethane systems. Do not store above 75°F (24°C).
