HD48W (SKU: HD48W) — Heavy-duty glass railing posts designed for end-of-barrier installs or joining two panels at 180°. Ideal for commercial and residential glass railing systems where durable, load-bearing support is required. Supports dry-glazed glass panels (6–10 mm) with glazing vinyl and wet-glazed glass (12–13.52 mm) with structural silicone. Available in seven standard powder coat colors plus mill aluminum; custom color matching available on request.

Installation limits: Maximum post spacing 72" (1.83 m) on center. Maximum panel area: 24 sq ft per panel. Follow local codes and glass fabricator guidelines for wind and load requirements.
