CRL SPS Extended Support Assembly - Replacement Door Support Bracket

• Accommodates up to a 40" (1.02 m) vertical suspension from structure
• Provides fine-tune adjustment for overhead track alignment

The SPS Extended Support Assembly (SKU: 90TSX1) extends the SPS Overhead Track support when the mounting substrate is as far as 40" (1.02 m) from the top of the track. This kit is designed for heavy-duty overhead suspension applications and includes a mix of steel and aluminum components for strength and corrosion resistance.

Each set consists of:

• 1 steel Upper Mounting Bracket
• 1 aluminum Lower Mounting Bracket
• Two 1/2"-13 x 40" (1.02 m) Suspension Rods
• 1 3/8"-16 x 1-1/4" (31.7 mm) Track Mounting Bolt
• Nine 1/2"-13 Hex Nuts, nine flat washers, and five lock washers

The Upper Mounting Bracket requires a single fastener (not supplied) to attach to the substrate; for steel substrates it can be welded. The Upper Bracket may be omitted if Suspension Rods are attached directly to steel substrate—consult a structural engineer for site-specific recommendations.

NOTE: If the mounting substrate is over 6" (152 mm) from the top of the SPS Overhead Track, CRL Cat. No. 90TSA1 Angled Support Assemblies must be used to stabilize the entire SPS Overhead Track.
