CRL Vulkem® 116 Sealant (SKU: V116T) is a one-part, moisture-curing, gun-grade polyurethane sealant engineered for durable, flexible performance in moving joints. Vulkem® 116 requires no primer on most construction materials, applies easily with a conventional caulking gun, and provides a light, grainy texture that matches stucco, masonry, and textured storefront substrates while hiding tooling marks.

Basic Uses
Vulkem® 116 is a general-purpose polyurethane sealant ideal for precast masonry, glazing, window frame perimeters, and similar construction joints. Designed for exterior and interior use; suitable for continual immersion in water when used with the appropriate primer. Popular as a textured masonry and storefront joint sealant where a low-profile, blended appearance is desired.

Technical Data
Conforms to U.S. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A; ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 25, Use NT, M, T, A, I (Class 2), and O. USDA approved. Meets CAN/CGSB 19.13-M87 and Canadian Food Inspection Agency standards. City of Los Angeles (COLA) approved.

Limitations & Safety
Do not apply to damp, frozen, or contaminated surfaces. Not recommended for surfaces with special protective or cosmetic coatings without prior manufacturer consultation.
