Place CRL Aluminum Drain Blocks beneath exterior‑mounted base shoes to create the necessary drainage gap for water runoff. This is particularly important for balcony and deck installations, where inadequate drainage can lead to water accumulation. For optimal performance, position one Drain Block beneath each mounting hole. The drain block is shaped to fit inside of the channel beneath the base-shoe.
