Many CRL Glass Awnings require supplementary support from tension rods. These Tension Rod End Fittings (SKU: 270116) are available in four sizes and are combined with a cut-to-length tension rod to provide the precise support your canopy or awning design requires. They are ideal for canopy awning support hardware, commercial glass awnings, and architectural exterior canopy systems.
End fittings are sold as a set of two (one right-hand thread and one left-hand thread). When paired with tension rods (sold separately), you can adjust tension in or out by rotating the rod; the position is secured with a locking collar. These fittings offer corrosion-resistant performance thanks to 316 brushed stainless steel—recommended for coastal and high-humidity installations.
