Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 72" x 84" gear hinge door for a Surface Mount Closer. Constructed using 1S456 tubular jambs with 1S467 header, this frame includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations—ideal for commercial and residential retrofit openings.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Highlights: durable aluminum threshold, tubular jamb construction, gear hinge compatibility, and standard flushbolts for secure closure.
