- 40" x 86" (1.0 x 2.2 m) Base Frame Outside Dimensions; accommodates a 36" x 84" (0.9 x 2.1 m) door opening
- 36" x 84" (0.9 x 2.1 m) Door Opening — sized for standard commercial butt hinge doors
- Aluminum Threshold Included — corrosion-resistant threshold for reliable seal and smooth transition
Complete Frame built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" butt hinge door with provisions for a surface mount closer. Constructed using 1H476 tubular jambs and 1H457 header. Includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for easy installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not meet A.D.A. inspection requirements.
