All window units are factory-built for dry glaze with exterior tape and EPDM elastomeric wedge on the interior for reliable weather sealing. Vent frames use tubular members that are mitered, reinforced with an extruded aluminum corner key, and hydraulically crimped for long-lasting corner strength and square operation.
Operating hardware includes: stainless steel 4-bar hinges and cam locking handles for secure, smooth function.
Optional hardware includes: 90° 4-bar stainless hinge (egress), 5-knuckle butt hinges, roto operator, limit device, friction adjuster, lift-handle lock, access-control lock, screens, wicket box, and two-point/security locking handles — ideal for retrofits and commercial applications.
Optional extrusions include: head and jamb channels, mulling bars, subsills, corners, nail fin adapters, and extruded sill flashing to accommodate custom installations.
