This 8" super sill mullion is an extruded aluminum architectural component engineered for tight fit and structural integrity in shear block assemblies, while delivering a clean, architectural appearance. Stock lengths are available in standard anodized and painted finishes; custom finishes and special cut-to-size lengths can be quoted to meet project specifications.

U.S. Aluminum has produced hundreds of custom extrusions—from rounded center glaze sills to extended curtain wall face caps—so if it can be extruded, we’ve likely built it. Custom extrusions may be subject to minimum order quantities and die charges; these details will be provided with your quote.
