Complete Frame built to accommodate a 72" x 84" base butt-hinge 1-3/4" door paired with a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for easy installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication required for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. SKU: 1B72411 — ideal as an up-and-over frame for 1-3/4" doors with concealed closer requirements.
