Complete Frame built to accept a base 72" x 84" butt-hinge, 1-3/4" door. Designed for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm, the assembly uses 1T442 open back jambs with a 1450 header. DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparation for concealed closer installation are included.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to anchor the frame to the opening. SKU: 1B92411.
