Complete Frame built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" butt-hinge 1-3/4" door for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs with 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. SKU: 1B71411
