Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door configured for a 105° overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs and a 1450 header, this frame includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware and hardware preparations for straightforward installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection—consult local codes for compliance.
