Overview

- Aluminum threshold included for weather protection
- 1-3/4" x 4-1/2" (44.5 x 114.3 mm) gear hinge up-and-over frame with tubular jambs
- Includes standard hookbolts and hardware preparations
Complete Frame — Built to accommodate a 36" x 84" base gear hinge door for a surface mount closer. Constructed with JS455 tubular jambs and JS467 header. Includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for easy installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and factory fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 39-1/2" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. Designed for commercial door openings requiring gear hinge frames, tubular jamb construction, and an aluminum threshold for durability and weather resistance.
