  • 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) transom frame with open back jambs for easy installation and wiring

Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 72" x 84" butt-hinge 1-3/4" door configured for a surface-mount closer. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs with 1T455 header, the frame includes DS051 door stops for a 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for locks, closers, and electrified options.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. This custom aluminum door frame with transom is ideal for commercial exterior and interior door openings requiring a corrosion-resistant threshold and prepped hardware locations.
