Specific profiles are engineered to fit tightly for structural integrity and an aesthetically superior finish. Stock lengths ship in standard anodized or painted finishes; custom lengths and custom finishes are available to meet project requirements and color specifications.
U.S. Aluminum has produced hundreds of custom extruded aluminum profiles—everything from rounded center glaze sills to extended curtain wall face caps. If it can be extruded, we've likely made it. NOTE: Custom extrusions may require minimum orders and, in some cases, die charges; details will be provided with your quote request.
