- Custom size frame available to fit specific opening requirements
Complete Frame built to accommodate a base 72" x 84" butt hinge 1-3/4" door, configured for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs with 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for quick installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. This assembly suits projects needing a prepped up-and-over frame with integrated threshold and stop hardware.
