Overview

  • 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) Offset Pivot Transom Frame with Open Back Jambs — ideal for commercial interior and exterior openings
  • Aluminum threshold included for durable, low-maintenance floor transition
  • Custom size frames available to fit non-standard openings

Complete Frame built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs with 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" door, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations—saving time on installation and reducing on-site fabrication.

All required fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection.
