These extruded aluminum sections (6063-T5) are engineered to fit together tightly for reliable structural integrity and an aesthetically superior appearance. Stock lengths are available in standard anodized and painted finishes, and we offer custom finishes and cut-to-size extrusions to meet project-specific requirements.

Over the years, U.S. Aluminum has produced hundreds of custom extrusions—from rounded center glaze sills to extended curtain wall face caps. If it can be extruded, we’ve likely manufactured it. NOTE: Custom extrusions may be subject to minimum order quantities and die charges; details will be provided in your quote.
