Complete Frame is built to fit a 36" x 84" offset pivot 1-3/4" door with a surface mount closer. Constructed with 1T442 open back jambs and 1T455 header, the assembly includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for easy installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. This SKU (1B91271) is ideal when you need a ready-to-install offset pivot transom frame with open back jambs and included aluminum threshold.
