Overview
- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) Offset Pivot Up and Over Frame with Open Back Jambs — ideal for commercial offset pivot applications
- Custom Size — built-to-order offset pivot frame (SKU: 1B71171)
- Aluminum Threshold is Included for durable, low-maintenance floor transition
Complete Frame — assembled to fit a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door with a 105º overhead concealed closer (offset arm). Constructed using 1T442 Open Back Jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for easy installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication required for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. This custom offset pivot frame is suited for commercial and institutional entrances requiring an overhead concealed closer and open back jamb configuration.
