Complete Frame (SKU: 1B92111) is built to accept a base 72" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door and is prepped for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed with 1T442 open back jambs and a 1450 header, the assembly includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for an easy install.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication required for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to secure the frame to the opening. This product is ideal when you need a ready-made offset pivot transom frame prepped for a concealed closer and aluminum threshold.
