CRL Complete Frame (SKU: 0B41871) is built for a base 36" x 84" gear hinge door and is designed for a surface-mount closer. Constructed with J452 open back jambs and JS467 header, the frame includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations—delivering a ready-to-install gear hinge frame with aluminum threshold for commercial and residential openings.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 39-1/2" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. This product is ideal when you need a durable gear hinge frame with open back jambs and an included aluminum threshold for reliable sealing and threshold performance.
