CRL Complete Frame is engineered for a base 36" x 84" Gear Hinge door configured for a Surface Mount Closer. Constructed using J452 open back jambs with JS467 header, the frame ships with door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations included — ideal for retrofit and new-construction applications requiring a gear hinge up-and-over frame with open back jambs.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to anchor the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 39-1/2" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection.
