Complete Frame (SKU: 1B72422) is factory-built to fit a 72" x 84" base opening for a 1-3/4" butt-hinge door and designed for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed with 1T442 open back jambs and a 1450 header, the assembly includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations. All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to the opening.
