Overview
- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) Offset Pivot Transom Frame with Open Back Jambs — built for commercial and residential retrofit openings
- Custom Size — factory-built to order for non-standard openings (SKU: 1B91122)
- Aluminum Threshold Included — durable, corrosion-resistant threshold for long service life
Complete Frame — accepts a base 36" x 84" Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door and is configured for a 105º overhead concealed closer with offset arm. Constructed with 1T442 Open Back Jambs and a 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for easy installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not meet A.D.A. inspection requirements. This offset pivot transom frame with open back jambs is ideal for projects requiring concealed closers and aluminum thresholds.
