Complete Frame built for a base 36" x 84" offset pivot 1-3/4" door (SKU: 1B71122). Designed to accept a 105° overhead concealed closer with offset arm, this assembly uses 1T442 open back jambs with a 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection.
