- Aluminum threshold included for weather protection and smooth transition
- 2" x 4-1/2" (50.8 x 114.3 mm) Offset Pivot Up-and-Over frame with open back jambs
Complete Frame built to fit a 72" x 84" base Offset Pivot 1-3/4" door with a 105º overhead concealed closer and offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs with 1450 header. Includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for quick installation.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Designed for easy installation of commercial offset pivot doors and replacement applications.
