This Custom Double Up/Over Door Frame (SKU: 0P41522) is engineered for hurricane impact openings and accepts a single butt-hinged CVR panic/hurricane impact door using 9/16" (14 mm) laminated impact glazing. Constructed from IG526 door jambs, IG526/IG100 header, and IG046/IG047 with NP801 door stop, it ships with a TH811 air threshold for air resistance and is optionally available with an air/water resistant threshold. Hardware preparations include a standard CVR strike and provisions for a 1-1/2" pair of butt hinges (not included). Ideal for contractors specifying hurricane impact door frames, CVR panic strike prep, and air-resistant threshold solutions.
