Complete Frame (SKU: 1B71422) is built to accept a 36" x 84" (base) 1-3/4" butt hinge door with a 105º overhead concealed closer and offset arm. Constructed using 1T442 open back jambs and a 1450 header, the frame includes DS051 door stops for 1-3/4" doors, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for quick installation.
All fasteners for frame assembly, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication are included; the customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection—verify accessibility requirements for your project.
