Complete Frame (SKU: FD41871) is built to accommodate a base 36" x 84" Gear Hinge Door for a Surface Mount Closer. Constructed with 1H476 tubular jambs and a 1H457 header, the frame includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations—ideal for commercial up-and-over door installations and retrofit projects.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths less than 40" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. Highlighted features: tubular jamb construction, aluminum threshold, and prepped hardware locations for faster on-site installation.
