Complete Frame is built to accommodate a base 72" x 84" Offset Pivot Door for a Surface Mount Closer, constructed using TJ455 Open Back Jambs with 1H457 Header. Door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations are included.

All fasteners, standard hardware and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included. Customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening.
