Complete frame (SKU: FD31511) is engineered for a 36" x 84" butt hinge door with a surface mount closer. Constructed with JH475 tubular jambs and JS467 header, the frame includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations—providing a ready-to-install butt hinge door frame with aluminum threshold for commercial and residential openings.
All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; the customer supplies fasteners to attach the frame to the opening. Note: frame widths under 39-1/2" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection—important for ADA-compliant door frame projects.
