Complete Frame (SKU: FD31571) is built to accommodate a 36" x 84" butt hinge door for a surface‑mount closer. Constructed using JH475 tubular jambs with JS467 header, the frame includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparation for fast, on-site installation. All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 39-1/2" (1.0 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection.
