Complete Frame (SKU: FD71811) — Built to accommodate a 36" x 84" gear hinge door for a surface-mount closer. Constructed using TJ455 open back jambs with JS467 header. Includes door stops, weatherstrip, standard hardware, and hardware preparations for quick installation.

All fasteners, standard hardware, and hardware fabrication for frame assembly are included; customer supplies fasteners to attach frame to opening. Note: frame widths less than 38" (0.9 m) may not pass A.D.A. inspection. Key differentiators: up-and-over profile, open back jambs for easier on-site adjustments, and included aluminum threshold for a finished threshold solution.
