This Custom Up/Over Door Frame (SKU: 0P42871) is engineered for paired geared-hinged CVR panic hurricane impact doors using 9/16" (14 mm) laminated impact glazing and a surface-mount closer. Constructed with IG526 door jambs, IG552 header, IG046/IG047 with NP801 door stop, IG567/IG563 header reinforcement, and TH811 air threshold. Hardware prep includes geared hinges and a standard CVR strike—providing a durable, impact-rated frame solution for coastal and high-wind applications.
