This Custom Single Transom Door Frame is engineered for a single butt-hinged hurricane impact door using 9/16" (14 mm) laminated impact glazing. Constructed with IG526 door jambs, IG567/IG563 header, IG526/IG100 transom header, and TH811 air threshold, the frame is designed for surface-mount closers and is prepped for standard hardware (1-1/2" pair of butt hinges and standard lock strike). Ideal for coastal and hurricane-prone installations where a certified impact door frame is required.
